CHECK SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Here are the system requirements we would recommend:

  • Intel Processor 6th Generation or higher

  • 1 USB 3.0 and 1 USB 2.0 ports

  • 4 GB RAM

  • 8 GB free disk space

To check your system requirements, follow these steps:

  1. Click Settings

  2. Click System Requirements

  3. Click Ok

HOW TO INSTALL ANYDESK

Once you are confident your computer has the sufficient system requirements, you will need to install AnyDesk, a free app that allows for online remote technical support. Be sure to use an email you have access to when you create your account.

  1. Click on the operating system that your computer is running on

  2. Download AnyDesk.eye

  3. Click AnyDesk.exe

  4. Click Accept & Install

  5. Communicate to the support operator the ID address

DOWNLOAD & INSTALLATION

Before starting the download process, you will need to connect the camera to your computer. To download and install, follow the instructions below:

Framework:

  1. Open your browser (Chrome, Microsoft edge, Mozilla)

  2. Go to Obiscanner.com/instalation

  3. Download the Framework first by clicking on the Framework (required) button.

  4. Click Save

  5. Open the ObiScanner Framework-Installer.exe

  6. Click Run

  7. Click on Agree on license conditions

  8. Click Install

  9. Click Finish

Management Software

  1. Download the ObiScanner Management Software by click on the Software button.

  2. Click Save

  3. Open ObiScanner-Installer.exe

  4. Click Run

  5. Select set up language

  6. Click on Agree on license conditions

  7. Click Install

  8. Click Finish

SOFTWARE ACTIVATION

  1. Open the ObiScanner Management Software

  2. Click Upgrade to Full Version

  3. Insert an e-mail address that you have access to, you will need it to use the scanner. You will also need to insert the unique serial number that you can find on the back of your ObiScanner.

  4. Click Ok

  5. Go to Settings and check Upgrade

  • Your purchase includes one license that can be use on three different computers. If you would like to activate this feature, please let us know so we cn grant you access. For access to 4-6 computers, there will be an additional fee of $300.
